This is brilliant, Kelly. I've got several of those baling wire projects in various stages of my life. You just hit the nail on the head. I'm going to print it, and laminate it and put it on my desk to re-read daily. As soon as I clean off a space from all the papers and mail that I have needed to file for several WEEKS!#$@##!!
