I did everything you described including hooking my truck up to the horse trailer. I went thru the barn and the house and took pictures of everything and I knew what I would be taking out if given 10 minutes - animals, documents and every personal picture/photo albums we have. I found large chunks of charred wood and paper in our yard the next day - all of it just unreal. We’ve worried for years every time the 4th of July rolls around because there are a few people in our neighborhood that just don’t seem to get (or care) how dangerous it is to light off fireworks in an area completely surrounded by dry fields and no fire hydrants.
